I had the pleasure of participating in the first edition of the course Ricerca Attiva del Lavoro (``Active Job Search``) in 2015. During that time I was unemployed, but I already understood that I wanted to work in the area of human resources.
During this course I was able to improve and make my curriculum vitae more effective as well as prepare myself to face the job interviews that were about to arrive through the interview simulations managed by the teacher Marcela.
The opportunity soon arrived and after a month from the course, I was employed at a job agency working at the research and selection office.
Within the course I was also able to learn more about the rights and duties of the worker present in the different types of contracts; information that was very useful to me when I signed my work contract.
