“One day I was coming home from school, when a horse, who had escaped with the reins on its back, passed by our group and it entered a farmer’s field in search of some water to drink. It was excessively sweating, and the farmer had not seen it, so we caught the horse.
I jumped on the back of the horse and, seeing that it had the bridle, I took the reins in hand and said: “Hop! Hop! ”, Directing it towards the road. I knew the horse would turn in the right direction. And the horse began to trot and gallop along the road.
Sometimes it would forgot it was on the road and threw itself into some field, so I gave it a little shake and called its attention to the fact that it had to stay on the road.
And finally, about 4 miles from where I had climbed on its back, it slipped into the enclosure of a farm and the farmer said: “So this is how the fool came back. But where did you find it?”, And I said:” About 4 miles from here “. “And how did you know you had to come HERE?” “I didn’t know,” I replied. “The horse knew. All I did was keep its attention on the road”.
Think about it, it was the horse itself that had the resources to find its own home! In other words, you have the resources to achieve your goal. You know “where is your home” or better, you are the only one who knows how to get there. So, unlike with other techniques, on our coaching program, you are the protagonist of your journey. With this program, you will be given useful tools and powerful questions that will keep you on the right track and, as a result, you will achieve your job satisfaction. Don’t forget that you are full of internal resources and you are an expert on yourself. This is a classic example of the consequences of automatism in our routine. We have the tendency to always do the same things because we can save energy and time by doing so, but this can, for example, prevents you from experiencing new things. This coaching program allows you do things in a different way and, by consequence, you can have new results.
